Advertising
Coolray does lots of radio advertising here in the local Atlanta area and their commercials can be heard regularly on many popular stations. They also sponsor the morning traffic updates so be sure to thank them next time the traffic report saves you some time on your morning or evening commute.
Reviews
The customer reviews of the Mr. Plumber Atlanta seem to be a mixed bag, mostly positive but a larger than expected number of average or negative reviews. Since the company does both HVAC service and plumbing, it’s a little more difficult to separate the two but most of the negative reviews seemed to be related to the heating and air portion of the company. They do have a good number of legitimate positive reviews and generally responded promptly to negative feedback. This is always a good sign. After looking through dozens of reviews from Kudzu, merchantcircle and others, I can say that overall the plumbing side of this company seems solid.
Standard Pricing
I will be contacting the management at Mr. Plumber for a standard price list and post that as soon as possible. According to their website they offer a 10% discount for booking your service call online so this might be something to look into if you are considering hiring them to perform work in your home.
Summary
All in all at this point I would say that Mr. Plumber seems to be a reputable local plumbing company. Once I have the opportunity to analyze their price lists I can provide more information on how their pricing and service stack up to their competitors.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of professionalism I saw during the plumber’s visit from Mr. Plumber. He broke the marble side of my tub, bought the wrong part initially for my Roman tub valves, almost left a pair of pliers under my tub, neglected to clean up any debris he created, and he took several breaks not counting his absence shopping for parts. He service call lasted from 8:20 AM to almost 3:00 PM last Monday to repair my leak. One of his supervisors had to point out how to correctly install the faucet handles. And I paid through the nose. Not a pleasant experience with Mr. Plumber of Atlanta.
